I drove myself to the procedure and was in the room for no longer then 10 minutes for the procedure, then in the waiting room for another 15 minutes then drove home which was a 1 hour drive. It's been 8 days since my procedure and I have not experienced any pain at all. My mates don't believe me about not having any pain but its true, not even pain where he went in and minimal swelling. My mates got it done in day clinics and hospital which was a longer process and pain for a few days. I highly recommend Matt.

After reading all the 5 star reviews and hearing some horror stories from mates about other doctors they used, I decided to go with Dr Masterson and his team. I honestly had no pain at all during the procedure. I felt a little bit of discomfort a week later when everything started to moved around, but that went away quickly. The procedure was over in around 10minutes, my PVSA test passed with flying colours as well. Thanks again, can’t recommend your services enough!

Guys, it's ok to be absolutely terrified at first. But with Dr Masterson, your babies are in good hands. I mean, really. Both Issy and Matthew were professional and most of all it was done literally in 15 mins or so. No pain at all. Just a few "snip snip" sounds and all done. Go home. Ice up, rest and follow Dr Masterson's instructions to the letter. This is important, don't go macho and start lifting weights and exerting! Over a week now, no problems. Totally recommended if you've made up your mind to have no more kids. And don't worry, does not affect any "performance", in fact, I suspect it improved it :) But remember to wait the 3 months and get the test done to confirm. All the best.

A professional service and approach, procedure was around 15mins from the moment you walked in to finish.. you are asked to sit around outside for 10mins in the waiting room to make sure you don’t have any major pain. To be honest vasectomy’s have come a long way in 15 years from the stories I had from friends, I have zero pain and now 7 days from the procedure I’m back to doing everything as normal, (not that I felt I couldn’t anyway) .. location is good as well, as parking in BJ Westfield and being in and out of the car park is around 45-50mins

I drove myself to and from the procedure. Dr Masterson & his nurse were very professional but equally happy to have a distracting chat with me. This help make what I had wound myself up into being an avoidable experience I may have wanted to avoid into a truly pain free, comfortable and well discussed procedure.

The discomfort was entirely minimal and I was out walking to the cafe the following day.

The hardest part (no pun intended) was waiting the three months to try out the fruits of the Dr’s Labor.

This can be a hard decision for a man as there is a lot of rumours around what will happen. I went to Matthew as he specialises in this one procedure and I figured had seen it all. Matthew made it completely stress free. We had a chat and at the end we were finished. He said there might be post operative “discomfort”. I assumed this is doctor code for pain. There was none when the anaesthetic wore off there was next to no discomfort I had no problems sitting and doing my normal days work. I would say if you have finished having children just get this done as it is easy, pain free and best way for a couple to manage contraception.
